*IMPORTANT CHANGES TO LMP1 & GT2*
American Scale Endurance Racing Series is making changes to the list of classes. Here's the summary:
LMP1 is Pro 10. Or 1/10th DD (direct drive or solid axle) scale Pan as it used to be called. Must use closed cockpit bodies.
LMP2 - no changes.
GT1 - no changes.
GT2 is 2WD DD 190mm chassis. Foam or rubber. Stock 27º motor or Novak SS13.5 tech-able brushless motor (orange band on motor). Porsche 911/996/997 or Ferrari 360/430 body choices.
Porsche Cup is now called GT3. Just like it's 1:1 counterpart. No changes. DD 190mm. Rubber tires. 540 Silver can.
A full list of rules will be completed as soon as possible. Please post your questions in the COMMENT section of this blog.

The LMP1 chassis can run standard 1/10th scale foam tires. Not touring car specific foam tires, correct?
This is correct. LMP1 is a true pan class. This is all out performance. A cold track might not be the best situation but who knows till we see one on the track.
I'm rewriting the rules so everyone can read the changes. Probably still questions to be answered so keep them coming.
